Florencia Flores Iborra
Founder & CEO
Podcaster and radio producer with a postgraduate degree in Communication from the University of Buenos Aires Department of Social Sciences. She has managed the audio project Tristana producciones since 2014.
As a member of Graves y agudas show, won the Lola Mora radio award in 2015. She produced Off script, an acting podcast, winner of the Argentores 2019 award in the podcast category.
In 2015, the Gabriel García Márquez Foundation selected Florencia to attend Radio Ambulante’s audio workshop conducted by Daniel Alarcón and Martina Castro, and in 2017 WNYC Studios tapped she to attend the Werk It Festival in California

Juana Alfonso
Producer
Radio Producer with a degree in Audiovisual Communication at the National University of San Martín.
Since 2014 she has been part of the community communication collective FM La Tribu, where she is dedicated to the production of content. She produced the podcast Vivo Acá, a series that aims to share stories of organization and resistance. In 2021, she joined the production team of Tristana.

Miranda Carrete
Host
Integrated Announcer on radio and TV. Professor of Social Communication Sciences. Journalist.
Co-host the daily afternoon show on FM La Patriada. She has worked as a host, columnist, chronicler and producer in media such as AM 750, FM La Patriada, Trilce Radio, Radio Sur 88.3, Radio Zonica and AM Nativa. Since 2015 Miranda is the institutional voice of Tristana.

Paula Prati
Sound Designer
Radio broadcaster. Sound artist. She performs several tasks in radio: technical operator, producer, musicalizer, audio editor and teacher. She studied Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
Since 2009 she is part of the community communication collective FM La Tribu, where she is dedicated to management, training, technical operation and radio production. She teaches at the ETER School of Communication, the Rojas Cultural Center and the National Media Secretariat. In 2021 she joined Tristana’s sound design team.

Rodrigo Ruesta
Sound Designer
Radio producer graduated from the ETER School of Communication. Advanced student of the career of Technical Operation for radio and television.
He currently works as a producer, operator and editor at FM La Uni, the radio station of the National University of General Sarmiento.
He received a special mention at the International Radio Biennial for his fictional work “From the balcony”. Since 2020 he collaborates as a Sound Designer at Tristana.

Malena Serur
Voice direction
Actress and voice director with a degree in Audiovisual Communication at the National University of San Martín. As a scriptwriter and producer, her career includes teaching scriptwriting for radio and audiovisual media at ETER and Parole Espacio Radio Escénico.
Malena is the author and director of the award-winning podcast Descubriendo Melilla, which received the Argentores 2023 award for Best Fiction in Chapters. She was part of the Narrativa Radial team, where she excelled in directing actors for the Argentina al diván series, starring Juan Palomino and Adriana Ferrer. Since 2023 she collaborates in the voice direction at Tristana.

Belén López del Río
Sound Editor
Journalist and National Radio and Television Broadcaster. She graduated from the Digital Journalism Diploma at TEA and the University of San Andrés.
Since 2012, she has been part of the community communication collective FM La Tribu, where she focuses on content production. She also has experience teaching communication and broadcasting workshops. Since 2021 she collaborates as a Sound Editor at Tristana.

Laura Mangialavori
Producer
Bachelor in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires. Feminist radialist. Trainer in perspective of gender and diversity.
Creator of the podcast: BREATH. Stories that liberate. Member of Nos Quemaron por Brujas. Since 2015 she collaborates at Tristana.

Federico Martín
Host
Integrated Announcer on radio and TV, graduated from the ETER Communication School.
He works for the AM 750 news service as an announcer, writer and editor. He also performs production tasks for different journalistic programs at said station, and has been a columnist and host. He is an institutional and commercial announcer for Radio Led Online. Since 2018 he collaborates as a Host at Tristana.

Flavia Medici
Video Editor
Social Communicator with a degree in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires. National Radio and Television Broadcaster. Producer and Professor.
Flavia has experience in journalistic production, radio hosting, and audiovisual production. She has also coordinated institutional communication spaces. Since 2024 she collaborates as Video Editor at Tristana.
